Order Cancellations

Every product that we create and fulfill is made on demand. This means that we allocate the garments and products and print your designs onto them specifically for you. Order cancellations are only able to be made up until we begin production on your order. You can check the status that your order is currently in by logging into your user dashboard and clicking on “My Orders.” Once we begin production and your order enters the fulfillment phase, no further changes to the order can be made, including cancellations. 


 If there is an issue that we made with your order on our part, such as sending the wrong size, color, product, or printing the wrong image – then we will make up for this by either offering you a refund or re-printing and re-shipping to the user free of cost to you. We will do everything that we can to make it right when something goes wrong, but please understand that we make and ship products specifically for you, so unless there’s a real error (with documented proof via photos), we are unable to issue refunds. This includes you inputting in the wrong shipping address, choosing the wrong sizes/color/product, and/or having a change of heart on the product after it’s begun production. However, if the error is on Print Genie – we will make you whole and give you the option of a refund or a re-print and re-ship, with us absorbing the cost for you.
