Errors & Re-Prints

We understand that once in a while, errors occur and at times that may due to an error on our end.

We will re-print/replace orders that have an error that was caused by a mistake on our side such as the wrong design printed, a bad print, or if the item wasn't as described (wrong size, color, etc).

What we typically will re-print/replace are:

  • Items that have the wrong print than originally ordered

  • Items that are the wrong garment, size, or color

  • Items that have poor print quality upon direct receipt of the order (unwashed, etc -- for best results, please wash the garments inside out to protect and preserve the print.)

  • Items that arrive damaged

Items need to be reported within 14 days of delivery and need documented proof (ie pictures). It will depend on a case by case basis, but if your customer complains to you about something, just let us know and we'll look into it and see what happened and see what we can do for you to make it right.

Reprinted orders cannot be modified in any way, otherwise it would count as a new order.
