Refunds due to an order being unable to be fulfilled, cancelled before production, or any other error on our end, will be processed and refunded back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days (though it usually is much faster than that).

If you still do not see a refund in your original method of payment after this time, please email support@printgenie.com with your order number and we will look into the case.
