To request a withdrawal from your Print Genie wallet, log into your account and into your User Dashboard.

Click on My Wallet --> Withdrawal Request

From here, you can put in the amount you'd like to withdraw, and click "Withdrawal Amount."

The request will then be processed -- please be sure to send us a message at support@printgenie.com or chat us via the chat app to make sure the withdrawal is done if you do not see it back into your payment method. Please provide your account email address, the amount requested, and date requested.
